I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! It was perfect for me and my kids. The house was incredibly comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal-close to everything we wanted to explore, yet still quiet and peaceful. The hosts were so helpful and accommodating, always available to answer any questions and ensure we were comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

The fact that the shower room had problems with its drain. I have 2 wet rooms in my parents house and I was told by a member of there staff after numerous calls and messages with no answer and I left the property that washrooms are suppose to be like that and that the drain has no issue and it was checked by there maintenance team. The fact you never answered my phone indicated that you knew there was a problem and just couldn’t be asked to deal with it, so you left me to it till I left the property you messaged me a few hours later. I had children staying. Only 1 person had a shower due to how bad the drainage problem was the water had come out all the way in to the kitchen. It also STANK of cannabis in 2 rooms.

Location

It smelt of dampness during our stay. Too many spiders due to dampness and broken wardrobe in room. The ironing board had mould on it. We had to stay out all evening due to the smell and we had 2 babies.

Lovely comfortable bed. location. Value for money.

Broken lock on bathroom door. Hot and cold taps were the wrong way round.
