"There is a 300 euro deposit, and at the end they do not want to return it full, stating electricity."

The location is in a tight street, but they have a garage.

They do not want to refund the full 300 euro deposit, because there is a hidden electricity charge, that you learn only after. I doublechecked an there is no mention of this on their property. We payed 1399 euro for 9 days and they still want some more. They try convince you back without arguments.

"Very nice apartment in Sa Pobla"

The property was in a great location close to the square of the town and other places in Mallorca. It was really nice and clean. We really appreciate the garage. Also some snack was waiting for us when we got there. It’s perfect for two couples or family with children.

It would be nice if there are some basic things for cooking, like salt, pepper of oil because you can usually buy it in big packages and if you stay for week you won’t be able to use up everything.
