A flat with a view in the heart of the old town

Location is unbeatable, right in the old town, few meters from the sea. The apartment is spacy and clean. We enjoyed the natural light and view in the room. Several vouchers for croissant and coffee provided. Tea available in the kitchen. There was always enough hot water for two people in the bathroom.

Kitchen could be better equipped. Microwave oven available, but missing the bottom “plate”, so could not be really used. Wifi did not work or better to say was too slow to load a single page. No TV in the room - was not an issue for us, but something to be aware of. The power went out once for few minutes, perhaps we used too many tools at once. It did not happen again so not a big issue. There is no heating but the room can get reasonably warm using AC.

Nice place to stay in the very historical center and the apartment has a great view from the window. We really appreciated communication with the owner, it was perfect. Overall very good experience.

Wifi connection was pretty poor and also the apartment missed some small convenient things such as hangers in the bathroom and electric kettle

Laundry seems to not working, no iron available

The location, in the centre of the old town, is excellent..Lots of places within easy reach for aperativi and dinner. An easy walk, with wheeled case, from Bari Centrale train station. Quiet at night when we were there early in October - there was a gentle background hum (not a problem) until 1:30/2am when noise stopped altogether. Despite being surrounded by churches, no bells rang during the night. The owner responded quickly, by messaging, to any queries I had.

Being on the 4th floor may be a problem for some - it is a long climb up with luggage. Take a torch as the stairwell lights are on a timer and may turn off. Door key is quirky, requiring a number of turns. The final turn takes some effort. Lighting in bedroom is limited. No kettle, use saucepan if you haven't brought your own. Views are mostly of TV aerials, and a tiny strip of sea.

The place was very nice in the old town with a great view, very close to the main street, resraurants and not far from the central station. The host was very kind and helpful. I do recommend!👌

Great location, spacious and has all the supplies you may need, the lady who welcomed us was very nice and helpful. Fast and prompt communication.
