"Abusive policy of check in and out"

The property was superb. We really enjoy the place, the kitchen and garden with hot tub

The policy of checking out at 9.30 is abusive. I did not realised it was that the time otherwise I would never have booked this property. The check in was at 4pm. The owner was really unflexible with the check out because he had guests coming and the cleaners needed to do the house. 7 hours to clean?? He should change the cleaners they are prob in the hot tub while charging him for it. On top of it. He came to the house at 9.20 to check if we were leaving- so rude!!

"Fantastic, would stay again."

The whole stay was amazing, there was nothing that we needed that wasn't supplied. Even tea and a selection of coffees there. The beds were very comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows and duvets, we all slept very well. The Owner Mark was responsive to messages and really helpful. It's a few minutes walk down the hill into Babbacombe. It was very clean and modern. We struggled using the oven but figured it, on the morning we left we found the instruction book!! 😂 The hot tub was an added bonus. Very deceiving house from the outside as it looks small but massive inside. Thank you 🙏

"Amazing place and Mark was amazing!!"

Such a lovely facility, hot tub was great! Kitchen was huge with up to date appliances, beds were super comfy with spacious rooms. Mark was lovely and communication was great!! We loved it perfect place for a family/girls get away!! 😍

The house had clearly been refurbed and was in perfect condition for our stay. The kitchen was stunning, the lounge was comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious. The location was good for us too.

Everything was wonderful very comfortable house and everything needed and more was supplied, even the supply of towels was very generous!! With 5 Grandchildren with us they also love it and are already asking please can we go back soon 😅 couldn’t have asked for more thank you.
