Appears to be a scam

We view this as fraud: A. map on bookin.com and booking confirmation shows totally wrong address/location B. when we finally found property (local recognised the photo), owner was not there even though we informed arrival time C. owner did not answer any calls or messages until next day and that argued against refunding us. D. owner says (and sent screenshot) saying they replied to booking.com, but booking.com says they didn't. E. booking.com refuses to refund our money.
