Apartment with Jacuzzi Suite and 100-m2 terrace

The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The large terrace was a nice feature, although it's on the second floor and faces the windows of the surrounding building, so privacy is somewhat limited. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Location is good, near to main train station and supermarket. Everything listed is functioned well. Host is responsive. Place is clean and big.

. It is bit noisy in the morning like 7am onward due to cars from the street side . There is no sound proof and neighbors are very noisy both late at night and early morning too. . Instruction on how to get to the apartment could have been clearer to mention the underpass at the train station. The underpass is dirty. . The surrounding area does not feel very safe, it is mostly empty and a bit dark in the evening. . Not the most logically design, such as kitchen basin is next to television so need to be careful when washing to avoid water splashing, the place is spacious but except the big bedroom there is not much space to keep big luggage inside the room but to leave in the living room.

Great value for money and the owner was extremely attentive with questions and any issues we had.

Excellent location next to the train station for visiting other locations. Modern apartment with large terrace. Host responded quickly when issues were raised.

A few things broken or missing, but host did react quickly to rectify issues. Seating area in front of TV limited for number of guests staying. Main bedroom facing car park could be noisy early morning due to vehicle movements.

Dante was so lovely and wonderful to deal with. Every question I asked he replied immediately - not just about the apartment but restaurants and sightseeing. I was cold the first night (I'm always cold!) and didn't want to leave heating on all night - the apartment is as hot or cold as you want it and you can control it - and asked for an extra blanket and it was sent within a few hours of asking. The apartment is modern with a very big terrace which unfortunately we didn't use as the weather wasn't good while we were in Perugia. Very ample parking out front and, if not, parking on the road was no problem. The entry key system worked without fault. We were in Perugia for a family wedding and Dante didn't mind us having visitors to the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment.
