We stayed for 3 nights at this apartment on the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the first night was very difficult as there was heavy construction or maintenance work going on from around 10:00 pm until 4:30 am. My wife had undergone open surgery just 4 days before, so she needed complete rest, but the noise made it almost impossible to sleep. I tried calling the contact numbers provided, but there was no response. I ended up sending videos with the sound recorded every two hours as evidence. The next morning, the host contacted me. When I asked for a refund so I could move elsewhere, they offered to cover the next 2 nights if I wished to leave. However, since the noise problem did not continue on the following nights, we decided to stay as scheduled. While the location and facilities of the apartment were otherwise acceptable, the first night’s disturbance was extremely frustrating and caused a lot of stress, especially given my wife’s condition. The host was polite in their communication, but the lack of immediate support when we really needed it was very disappointing.

Central location. That’s the only plus point of the location.

The Wi-Fi was not working. And because the “house” is technically an office converted into an airbnb, it was in a commercial space, so signal was very bad. Your “neighbours” are essentially small business offices and studios. It felt weird. AC was not really cold, too. Again, because it was an office space, there was no proper sink/kitchen facilities.

非常失望的一次入住体验。酒店图片与实际情况严重不符，房间其实是用隔板临时搭建的，完全没有隐私，隔音也非常差。空调几乎不制冷，房间闷热到无法好好休息，设施也非常简陋，与网上照片落差极大。 更令人不满的是，在入住前我就停车问题向店家咨询，对方的回复态度极不友善，用了让我感到不舒服的表情符号。作为服务行业的经营者，哪怕顾客问题多一些，也应当保持基本的尊重和礼貌，而不是敷衍怠慢。 总体而言，这家住宿无论是硬体条件还是服务态度都令人失望，不推荐，也希望平台能加强监管，避免更多人被误导。 连地板也不一样！ 我真的觉得你钱很好赚！骗人
