The property was dirty and dated, missing essential items. Didn’t feel secure, though after we contacted the owner a maintenance man called and repaired the front door and fitted an extra lock.

GBWe liked the location and oasis club. Beds were comfortable. Customer service was and responsive when I emailed ahead of our trip.
The property is in real need of some care and attention. Around half of the plugs weren’t working, which made it difficult to charge phones or use hair tools. Several ceiling fans either didn’t work properly or were missing pull cords, meaning if you wanted the fan on without the light, you had to use your phone torch to get into bed. The advertised “games room” was disappointing, with only a slanted pool table and no other games. The fridge was leaking and the ice dispenser didn’t work, while the kitchen tap felt loose and ready to break. Overall, the property didn’t feel clean. Walking barefoot left the bottoms of our feet black. We also paid extra for pool heating, but the water still felt cold. The décor is dated and the whole place feels quite run down. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the money paid, and the owners could really do with giving the property some proper attention so that future guests can enjoy their stay.

The house needs TLC There was no fusball table as advertised Only 3 outdoor dining chairs for a 8 bed home It is worn, needs a deep clean and in need of maintenance. We appreciate the fact it may have a high turn over of guests but it needs attention.
