large space and great location!

Very uncomfortable bed.

Location.

The object wasn't cleaned at all. Staff promised to send the cleaner twice but obviously lied because they told us they've sent cleaner but she never arrived. Any reasonable communication was impossible, because you cannot call reception, it is twenty minutes away and staff just tells you anything to get rid of you, and if you communicate via whatsapp you just get generic anweras from the bot. Summa summarum: we didnt have clean linen for 2 nights, and last day they sent lady to clean the object but without linen. The rest of the apartment my wife cleaned by herself with wet tissues. Also there is a spring mattress, but you can feel every spring.

Nothing

No explanation how to find the right door. Wrong PIN code. Had to call ten times to get a guy on the phone. Room not serviced from the guest before. No help during that night. I had the walk through the city and ask in several hotels to find a room for the night (at 11:30pm) No help the next day nor any hint if and when the room would be ready. No contact anymore after I asked for compensation. Had to book another hotel again for the next 2 nights.

Check in a kind of tricky. You need to walk all the way back and to the right to find the unit. Also I think there are bed bugs. Last night i woke up itchy and saw dead bugs on the sheets.

The apartment's location is definitely a big plus, and there are no big negativities in regards to the accommodation. Everything was as stated.

Location is super convenient, every best place and cafe is close, historic place - great to feel the time/different from usual hotel stay, spacious and stylish appartments.

Small and cosy

I couldn't get into the room because the key wasn't in the lockbox. the instructions that I received to get the spare key took super long to come through and were inaccurate. I didn't get into the room until 8pm, after paying for two taxis to get the spare key and come back.

The apartment was great overall. The location was also great, very convenient for getting around.

Everything was good, except for the heating, which wasn’t ideal in the bedroom and living room. The radiator in the living room didn’t work very well, but the apartment does have air conditioning, which helped us stay comfortable.
