The resort staff members were very friendly and helpful.

The front desk did not know I was coming. I had to make a phone call to get them another email.

The facilities are exceptional. Our room was spacious and a beautiful view.

Our rooms cooking pans were old, scratched and only frying pans. Cookware needs an update. Cover blanket on king bed was quite dirty.

Location, atmosphere, walk ability to shops and restaurants.

Choice of foods on the property. Lack of soda / vending machines!

dryer ruined 5 pieces of clothing tore hole’s in 3 shirts and 2 swimsuits it needs to be checked out refrigerator beeped and doors were closed tight internet didn’t work all the time could never get a chair by pools they all had towels on them by 7:00 every morning

The location of Ocean Walk to amenties is great. The facilities are second to none ie. pool, fitness etc. The Staff at ocean walk are super friendly and helpfull.

The room had its drawbacks. The dryer wrecked some of our clothes so we had to stop using it. The bed frames were cheap and made it difficult to get a decent nights sleep because of the noise they made when you moved.
