Clean and comfortable with kind extras such as coffee, milk and biscuits. Informed of key location in plenty of time and contacted to let us know we could check in earlier than expected.

Only downside for us was the parking as the car port is really tight to get onto and the road was fairly busy as it's a residential cul de sac. Be prepared to have to park elsewhere if you have multiple cars.

Very clean and the host provided a lot of amenities such as tea, coffee, and biscuits. Price worked out much cheaper than a hotel for the 3 of us. Key collection and drop off was very easy.

There were no instructions to turn the shower on that I could find, however I found the switch in the boiler cupboard. This is very minor and did not affect our stay.

The property is a two bedroomed house for a cheaper price than two hotel rooms, it contains the usual amenities from bottled water to smart TVs. It was clean, decorated and with all rooms fully furnished.

I had to park a street over, which wasn’t very far. The first guest was able to park outside the property.

It was a lovely house, nice and homely, very clean, with good amenities. It had good size bedrooms and a large living room with dining table. It had everything we needed. Fresh towels were provided, and complimentary water, tea, coffee, milk, etc was a bonus. Highly recommended.

A mirror in the bathroom would have been a bonus.
