Brand New Top Floor Loft with Balcony

Uusi huoneisto. Sijainti oli huippu, siitä oli helppo lähteä joka paikkaan. Parveke oli tosi mukava lisä. Huoneistosta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. 5 majoittujaa sopi helposti yöpymään.

Huoneisto oli tosi kuuma iltaisin, ei ollut ilmastointia. Yöt piti nukkua parvekkeen ovi auki. Wc- ja talouspaperi loppuivat kesken oleskelun.

Beautiful apartment and very very clean.

Get the keys on a keybox with code, at 15 minutes walking distance, was a downside. Having to take the trash away is a bit annoying. The shower is open and wets all the bathroom (quite bothering if you are with someone else, especially if more than 2). No shampoo, and only one hand towel (even if we were in two). If you need full blackout during summer (long days), you will need to use just one of the two bedrooms.

The location was excellent and could walk to the centre

Cosy new apartment with all the equipement you need. Apartment is close to the city center and also to the Pyynikki tower an park, everything in walkable distance. If necessary bus/tram station is nearby, also grocery stores are nearby. All the info you need about the apartment is provided by the owner by the time you get there.

If also the price was bit lower it would be perfect.

Everything was great, nothing to say about the apartment. Clean, new, great view, the bed wasn't bad at all, grocery store right around the corner, easy walk to the center, café right at the feet of the building...It's got everything.
