Little Beach House w/ POOL&SPA - 5 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach (Pet Friendly)

exceptional customer service we had a great stay here and Kirk the maintenance guy was extremely helpful with any questions and had great recommendations for stuff in the area

It was 30 minutes from where I was playing pickleball at Naples Community park. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The pool was extremely hot, 102 degrees one day which made it un-useable. It was scalding to put your feet into. It was just as hot if not the same temp as the hot tub. A grill was advertised, but it was electric and the electrical outlets where it was located did not work. Most of the outlets in the home did not work and there were very few of them. We had to scatter our devices in various Locations throughout the home to charge them. The air conditioning unit was located in the closet of one of the bedrooms which made it very loud and noisy when trying to fall asleep! The other bedroom had the pool pump outside of it which was also noisy. There was also a street light in front of the home that flickered non-stop throughout the night. The electric is different in this home in that if you shut a switch off, it cancels the current to the outlet and if you don’t realize this you wake up with your phone being dead. Something to be mindful of.

It seems to have some electrical issues. Several of the outlets did not work. I would put the back floodlight on a timer so it’s not shining all night.

Only complaint was not having good instructions on use of pool and spa. It prevented us from using to its full potential. Also red tide prevented beach access. Horrible smell. Dead fish. Obviously not the responsibility of owner but will reconsider visiting Florida

Perfect in every sense could not fault one thing I asked the host Alex if we could get into the house early and he responded with a yes no problem the house is ready for you We left our previous hotel and was in the pool at 10 am the same day Perfect house perfect location no issues whatsoever

Well equipped outdoors and kitchen. Beautiful house with nice pool, loungers and umbrellas.

In one sleeping room it was a bit noisy from the pool pump outside
