The location is fantastic just outside the walls. There is a pub and shops very nearby. I believe it is student territory so I'm not sure what it will be like in term time, we were there in late July. it was all very convenient

Booking.com claims that is has a parking spot, it turn out that this is the street - I find this disingenuous. We never saw a free space anywhere in Chichester Street There is a public (pay) car park about 60 metres away. The en-suite bathrooms are tiny. The kitchen equipment is minimal, there was no tea pot or method of making fresh coffee. ( we bought a cafetière and used it for both tea and coffee). There were beds for 9 people but only 8 spoons. There were no tea or hand towels in the kitchen. We were asked to separate rubbish into three outside bins but there were only two in the kitchen. This all sounds rather negative but we would probably stay there again!

There were half used toilet paper/ no new rolls. The shower head was a bit moldy. The remote battery cover was missing.

Struggled to work the heating but after messaging the problem received a message straight away with instructions on how to switch it back on

Clean spacious nice decour comfy beds great location. Easy access to the property. We parked in the car park 2 mins away. Only cost 8.00 for 2 days and nights.

No bins in bathrooms No shelves or anywhere to put toothbrush toothpaste etc. Door open wrong way in down stairs shower so can't switch shower on without being in it first. The bathroom door was very stiff and difficult to shut /open. The sensor light stays on for over 40 mins at a time. And goes on throughout the night if you move in bed extremely annoying and not cost effective. All the sinks in bathrooms top small especially main bathroom should have been much bigger. The bedroom with superking bed has no mirror. No hairdryer supplied or scissors. Good amout of crockery but trays very dirty and no dishes for cooking. Mats would be better wipeabke as they were stained and dirty and not able to clean them. No dishwasher tabs left we took our own fortunately. Cuboards on wall very high for us to access so provide a step. The upstairs ensuite sensor light only stayed on for a few seconds and went off whilst in the bathroom constantly very annoying. Overall the place was great. But little things let it down . And would make a big difference. I am only giving this feed back as I have a 5 star holiday cottage and people always say I have thought of everything. And it's the little things that matter. Also toaster only works on right side. No salt or pepper in the salt mills

We had a really nice weekend although the weather wasn't great. Storm Darragh did cause us some issues. The accommodation was lovely, comfortable and had everything you would need. It's within walking distance to the city centre. Would definitely return.
