"Beautiful location but needs a good clean inside and out!"

The location is beautiful facing the lake.

We only stayed for a couple of nights, however it was quite grubby and 3 out of the 4 outdoor chairs were broken!

"A Suffolk gem!"

Location and high quality standard of lodge

*Check in was stressful. No access code had been received and we assumed we booked in at reception but they said that wasn't the case and we should have received an access code. *No DVD player *No coffee maker *No heating for first two nights until my husband realised the boiler was switched off! Instructions just said to operate via thermostat.

Great location by one of the lakes, lodge decorated nicely with free wi-fi, en-suite to master bedroom and separate shower room / toilet for the other twin bedroom

Thought it was a bit expensive out of high season for a lodge without a hot tub and no linen, towels, dish cloths, toilet rolls, etc. and no welcome pack, have paid similar price by a lake in the past that includes all of the above.
