Cozy 3BR City Living in South Loop Near McCormick Place, Soldier Field & Lakefront

It is a beautiful apartment , it had everything we needed in kitchen , bathrooms and rooms . Great location too! The staff answered promptly to all requested and questions through the booking app.

The apartment is on the second floor facing a main Street. It is really really noisy. You can hear literally everything outside , there is 0 noise isolation. It was hard sleeping with all the traffic and pedestrian noise , especially with 2 young kids.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Loved that you had plenty of coffee and creamer available! Two bathrooms was a huge plus. Safe area to walk around. We had a short walk to McCormick convention center for a tournament which saved us on parking and the madness of cars through there. TV worked great and kids watched movies. Would stay again.

The property is on the window side of the apartment closest to the street and it would get very loud at night. There is a bar connected to the apartment and people can get loud after hours leaving the bar. I’d recommend leaving earplugs as an option for guests because the bar brought a lot of noise and very late.

The location was perfect, and we loved having the space to hang out peacefully. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The other tenants were respectful, kind, and quiet. The person answering phone calls was super helpful!

We arrived at 3:51, but we had to message and call the host multiple times to get the check-in information. To be fair, my credit card info wasn't listed in the separate security deposit hold until that time. I assumed it would happen through booking.com, but no, I had to click on an outside link and leave info. Got that done before 4....finally had check-in info around 440. But, I didn't have parking info shared until after 5. No one was at the desk, so we couldn't follow the information that was shared with us. At about 520, we just reached across the desk and found our assigned gate openers to get into the parking lot....and unsurprisingly, one of the 2 spots we were assigned had someone else in it, so more messages and calls to figure out where to park. All said, it took us nearly 2 hours from arrival to finally be in the room. The second bathroom had some issues... the tub had a constant leak, the hot/cold water lines were reversed (even the toilet had hot water), and the exhaust fan didn't appear to work. The coffee table has a quarter of it falling apart (but, we didnt use it, so no loss there), the dishwasher was crooked (the side panel of the cabinet next to it was very loose), the fridge was missing the bottom shelf (glass) and the door was missing the barriers to keep things on the door without falling when opened/shut. Overall, things have been battered, BUT the price was great for the space and location! I took video evidence as we went in because I'm not about to be accused of the damages. Also, as we were leaving, the housekeeper was waiting outside the room to get in and clean, we were out at 10:55, so they're serious about that 11am checkout. The beds were all comfortable, and we felt safe. So, if we aren't jerked around with our $300 room and $100 parking deposits, we would stay again.
