Cozy 3BR City Living in South Loop Near McCormick Place, Soldier Field & Lakefront

Large rooms.

Dirty common areas. No top sheets on any of 3 beds. Some pillowcases had stains. Apartments in need of several repairs. No working electric plugs in main bathroom. Outdoor patio dirty and dangerous with broken concrete tiles leaving big holes that could cause an accident. Hard to sleep with so much noise from street and elevator. Sheer curtains and no blinds meant beaming light in the morning. Hope this is shared and not hidden so people really know.

It is a beautiful apartment , it had everything we needed in kitchen , bathrooms and rooms . Great location too! The staff answered promptly to all requested and questions through the booking app.

The apartment is on the second floor facing a main Street. It is really really noisy. You can hear literally everything outside , there is 0 noise isolation. It was hard sleeping with all the traffic and pedestrian noise , especially with 2 young kids.

Very clean and spacious apartment. Loved that you had plenty of coffee and creamer available! Two bathrooms was a huge plus. Safe area to walk around. We had a short walk to McCormick convention center for a tournament which saved us on parking and the madness of cars through there. TV worked great and kids watched movies. Would stay again.

The property is on the window side of the apartment closest to the street and it would get very loud at night. There is a bar connected to the apartment and people can get loud after hours leaving the bar. I’d recommend leaving earplugs as an option for guests because the bar brought a lot of noise and very late.

There was a leak damage in the ceiling and the water didn't work in the first bathroom no hot water shower didn't work
