Spacious 4-bedroom house with AC, Wi-Fi superb in the Heart of Arlington, TX!

The owner was super helpful (especially since our other accomodation fell through). They were able to help and accomodate us at super short notice. The location amazing. We felt safe The home had 3 living spaces and the bedrooms were all oversized. They provided EVERYTHING! They even had fold out chairs and a witless charging pad. Everything you could need appliance wise was there!

That we didn’t choose here to stay originally!!

Spacious, clean & great location.

Host communication was great. A/C good. Plenty of living space to hang out and talk. Fully loaded kitchen with soaps/disposable cups/plates and keurig coffee which we did not use but they also have a reg brewer which we did use. Washer and dryer. Plenty of towels. No pests noted (bugs). Easy access to home with touch pad. Quiet neighborhood.

Outside was in disrepair with grass needing cutting/weeding in front and back of house. Fence in back needs major repairs. Shower in main BR was too hot and my Mom (87) had to climb the stairs. Had to plunge the upstairs tub as too slow to drain and then it was fine. Floors (entire house) were sticky like they had been mopped but needed a rinse...my one shoe was pulled off it was so sticky but they were clean. Food in fridge like someone up and left. Ice maker on counter has mold in it. Had to do laundry for bedding as when pulled out to use on couch it was sour smelling. What looked like blood in downstairs 1/2 bath on wall. There for a funeral (5 sisters/mom) so had to use the iron which did not get hot. NO HAIR DRYER! Has 2 hot brushes (who uses someone else's brushes?) which you can see in the photos...thought they were hair dryers....Place is cluttered for example there are multiple (I think 5) hand soaps/sanitizers in 1/2 bath and pretty much the same in all the bathrooms making it difficult to place your own products. I did not bring any of this to the Host's attention to be fair. We were very busy with family due to the nature of the trip and did not want to be bothered with any phone calls to the property Host.

Host was responsive and the home was fully stocked with towels, sheets, toys etc. The home was spacious and the neighborhood was quiet and close to everything. Would recommend.

The beautiful home and area was in perfect proximity to our family members who live in Arlington and Mansfield . Lots of room to be close to family with some separation for privacy as well, supplied well for our stay

The master bath is very nice however the bedding is not comfortable to be a master bedroom...
