The unit 1601AB needed a lot of maintenance. The only thing going for it was that it was clean. The sliding glass door handle was loose to the balcony it was very hard to open. The whole unit was two separate units but entered in by one door. The whole unit needs to be gutted and updated. A representative of Booking.Com needs to visit this unit and see all the repairs that need to be fixed. There is mold in the plastic handle in the shower of the master suite that needs replacing. There is cleaning cloths under each bed post instead of plastic caps, the vanity is so low you need to sit in a chair. The sink has turned yellow it is so old. Kitchen cabinet doors do not stay shut unless you push them and hope they stay shut.

This condo was perfect for our family with three kids. The pool area is large; you don’t feel cramped despite other people being there. They play music, there is a bar and food on site. I loved waking up and having my husband run down stairs and get me Starbucks! Great beach access. We loved the indoor pool with movies at night for our kids. Our two bedroom condo had just enough room for us lovely ocean view! It was quiet, you couldn’t hear neighbors, etc.

I can’t think of anything! No complaints!

The staff and layout were great

The units floors were dirty, the chair in the living room had a broken leg, the fold out bed didn’t work properly, the dishwashers top rack was of its track and the air conditioner in the master bedroom didn’t cool well and neither did the refrigerator.
