It was nice and quiet

It needs a little upkeep, the curtain rod kept falling, we thought the location was on the Marina but it’s a couple of blocks away.

Commençons par l’accueil de très grande qualité de Donatella. Une hôte comme on en fait peu, bienveillante, disponible, pleine de bons conseils sur la région, certainement une des meilleurs hôte, si ce n’est la meilleur, rencontrés lors de nos expériences touristiques. Le logement est bien agencé, tout l’equipement de base (et même plus) est mis a disposition, dispose d’une belle terrasse couverte, et d’jne place de parking egalement couverte (très utile en cas de fortes chaleurs). Il est situé tout près de la marina d’Olbia, ce qui permet de belles ballades en soirée, avec un resto très sympa sur la marina. Il y a enfin un magasin Conad tout proche dans une zone commerciale. Bref, du 10/10.

Un point sur lequel Donatella n’y peut rien, les moustiques. Il faut prévoir de l’Anti moustique (en terrasse, des bougies ont été mises à notre disposition), la région d’Olbia ayant l’air d’être un repère de ces sales bestioles.

Perfect place for car if you want to go north and south, good location. If you are planning to travel by ferry, it is also very close and quiet. Parking is covered in case of sun. The Nest House apartment is not so big but it has everything what you need, kitchen, air conditioning, terrace, washing machine and so on... as it says in the offer. For those who do not prefer walking to the center of the town it can be a bit far 1 hour walking, but we did not mind and we had a 7 year old son. We would also like to thank Donatella :) If something was not working in our case WiFi she fixed and solved our issue.She is an amazing woman with a big heart and easy to talk to. She is very caring, asking if everything is OK and she recommended to us everything that we could see in Sardinia during our staying and even more :) We weren't interested only to see spiagas, beaches but to go and see the inland of the nice country and meet very interesting people. Thank you Donatella and thank you Sardinia. We are definitely considering to come back.

Conveniently located apartment in close proximity to the luxurious marina and the city center of Olbia. A very good starting point for trips to the west and east of Sardinia. Apartment clean, spacious, with a terrace ideal for a sunny breakfast. Fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and safe area. A huge plus is the equipment - iron, board, kitchen, blender, and even an umbrella and beach mats. Contact with the manager exemplary. I highly recommend, great time spent!

The host was very friendly and accommodating, and was very thorough when showing me the apartment, which is in a lovely and quiet location. The apartment is very well appointed, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The terrace is a lovely place to sit. Highly recommended.
