Por donde empezar... El check in es por WhatsApp, además si caes un fin de semana no hay nadie, no hay recepción ni gente que te ayude. No contestan por teléfono pero te responden los WhatsApp al rato. Además piden documentación por mensajes (pasaporte y visado) cosa que no veo correcto de dar esos datos personales. Luego te envían un número de cuenta para hacer un "deposito" el cual dicen que se devuelven si todo esta ok. Esto es fuera de la app de booking cosa que genera mucha desconfianza. TODO ESTO hay que hacer sino no te dan las miles de indicaciones para la recogida de la llave del departamento. El departamento en sí no tiene camas cómodas, no hemos hecho uso de los demás servicios y el baño estaba un poco estropeado. Los vecinos son muy ruidosos a nivel de pasar miedo por los gritos y golpes. Y demás cosas pequeñas que no perderé tiempo en explicar.
