It's in a nice location the bed and sofa was nice and comfy.

The flat is very dusty due to alot of shelves the kitchen tiles were greasy the windows in the lounge were very dirty the sink doesn't have a seal on it and wobbly the spice rack in the kitchen is out of date the stairs up to the flat smell and the outside door is very dirty the toaster wasn't clean and the rugs are much to be desired the bedroom curtains don't shut properly and there is an extension lead in the bedroom with channeling to another wall that has fell off. Also rugs in bedroom not very good and everything is a bit tired. Also the flat door kept sticking when trying to lock.

Little things matter such as games books everything thought of. Slept well as bed was comfortable. Excellent location for beach and shops.

The property is close to all the bars etc and lots of games to play on a rainy day. Cool decor

Could do with a licker of paint around and some sealant. Went to have a bath which was impossible as water just trickled. Went hot and cold often.

All the instructions were available in advance so made it very easy to gain access with no stressing. Location was great and everything was within a few minutes walking distance. Lots of activities available from board games to books and the tv had all streaming services available. Tea, coffee ,sugar and toilet roll available on arrival. Parking spot right out side. Private beach access. Our host was quick to reply when needing advice. The beds were comfortable. Large sofa so all of us could sit together comfortably with a nice size coffee table. Kitchen had everything to cook with and a breakfast bar. Washing machine available if needed. Sweets and snack available through payment into an honesty jar.
