2 Bedroom 1st floor flat Brean

Very cozy we had a comfortable stay Everything we needed close to flat and view of the sea was beautiful My daughter loved the ducks

Couldn't get any hot water but it didn't faze us that much That we only booked 1 night and not 2

In a really quiet location yet at the centre of all Brean has to offer this apartment was a perfect get away for a few days. With direct access to the beach perfect for fishing or long walks along the golden sands. The apartment was spacious and well stocked with the owners going above and beyond offering free tea and coffee and even essential treats via an honesty box. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped It felt home immediately and we totally loved our time there. We had really good communications from the owner and the notice board full of local information ended up being a god send as we ended up having a takeaway on our first night. Would highly recommend this. To friends and family and will be back again.

Like I said happy with every other than the double bed very hard an uncomfortable may a mattress topper would help other than that absolutely over the moon with everything

Arrived February 14th ! Miserable day, raining and cold. The apartment was FREEZING the heating was not on, would have been nice if someone had turned it on even at a low temperature.

Decent size and close by to everything clean and comfy

The flat it's self is lovely can't fault it very homely and everything you need however the area well what can I say.

The fact we pulled up outside had the whole neighbourhood staring at us very intimidating and some women's dogs barking going crazy and trying to attack us as soon as we get out the car so apart from that not a bad start then however on the evening time the crazy women that lives directly below the flat kicked the crap out of the front door scaring my kids and accusing me and my partner of smoking weed after my kids had to walk past them smoking there fags which absolutely stunk the block the cheek of it the block absolutely smells like pub ashtray bearing in mind joke honestly my kids was terrified oh not to mention I opened the door to which she admitting she couldn't smell nothing coming from the flat

Absolutely freezing cold! Heater in living room was an allergen,only one bar working,no iron,or iron board!
