The apartment is large (it has three bedrooms and 6 full-size beds), the balcony is also very spacious, with nice views and sunsets. The apartment is heated by air conditioners (there are 4 in total), but the one in the living room doesn't heat much, so we didn't get very warm in March. However, it works in the bedrooms. The mattresses are clean and soft. The apartment was handed over to us clean.

We missed basic items from the equipment, such as dish soap, a dish cloth, we would also appreciate salt, pepper, sugar, oil, and other essential kitchen items + perhaps water as a welcome. The apartment does have a washing machine and a dishwasher, but we couldn't find a single capsule. And buying a whole package is unnecessary. It would certainly be appreciated if at least one capsule of each was available. At the time of our visit, the building (probably a former hotel, but you won't find any information about it anywhere), in which the apartment is located, was undergoing reconstruction. Garbage containers are very difficult to find. In one of the two bathrooms, the sink drains poorly. The handover of apartment keys takes place either in the neighboring town (Albufeira), or you must request that someone from the company representing the apartment rental come to the apartment at a designated time.

This Condo has good Ocean view

The host is horrible. This condo is managed by the Albufeira Concierge Team. Once you get the keys, you are on your own. To begin with, the condo is in an old hotel building which is under renovations. It has construction workers during the day and no one at night. A day after we checked in, The construction workers pressured wash the floor above us and dump all the dirt on our deck which became filthy and the condo manager would not do anything about it. Then later on, the power went off in our condo and the host would not do anything about it so we had to spend the whole evening and the whole night without power, heat, or electricity. The host would not answer our phone calls and then she would tell us that she has to put her kid in bed instead of taking care of our power outage. There was no one in the whole building to talk to and we had to spend a horrible night. to add insult to injury, the host acknowledged finally what she did to us and told us that she would refund one night but after we checked out, she would not refund anything nor she would reply to our messages. You really do not want to deal with a host like this who will not take care of the basic needs such as electricity. I had to go and talk to the construction workers the next morning so that they fixed the electricity issue.

La amplitud de todas las estancias ,la gran terraza a la que dan todas las habitaciones,nosotros éramos 5 adultos y 1 niño y estuvimos muy cómodos . Tiene lavadora y lavavajillas Tiene menaje suficiente en la cocina para comer allí (no hay sal ,aceite,especias etc pero cerca hay varios supermercados ). La zona de la piscina muy buena,con un bar donde puedes comer bocatas y hamburguesas. El aparthotel tiene animación todos los días Hay una playa cerca para ir andando ,si quieres ir hasta playa da Rocha igual es mejor ir en coche porque queda un poco más lejos .

Por poner un pero ,la ducha del baño pequeño es minúscula .

The property was very big and had a lovely balcony with very good views, good kitchen and two good bathrooms was a bonus. Good location as well.

However for the price, I just feel this property needed abit of TLC, the walls needed a fresh paint as they were dirty, the bedrooms and bedding needs looking at, bed pillows were terrible and the scattered cushions needed washing and duvets needed washing and no duvet covers in the cupboards, not enough bin liners as you have to remove your rubbish at the end of the stay, the lounge sofa really needs cleaning, this property has so much potential and it was a lovely stay over all but attention to detail is really needed to make it outstanding. It is new to booking. Com and with more guest arriving, details needs to be looked at ongoing.
