The space was excellent on the property

The location and the parking situation could’ve been a bit more organized

The apartment itself was beautiful and well maintained.

The dishes were not clean including pan, plates, bowls and glasses. Paper towel, toilet paper were almost empty. We were given just one toilet paper for our 5 days visit. No extra garbage bag was left. No proper instructions about parking and very hard to get in touch with the property owner. There is no one on site to assist you if you are in trouble. First day, we were not able to find parking as the clicker was not working on the garage parking and there was no parking pass. It took us almost three hours (two calls to customer service at booking.com and 10+ calls to the property owner) at night to find parking. Unclear instructions. Second night, the main door won’t open despite of getting unlocked. We tried multiple times. Tried calling security but the security had access to parking only but not the building. Luckily we saw someone in lobby and had to keep knocking until he heard us and was able to open doors for us at around 10:30pm. The area itself is very unsafe especially the surrounding back alleys. The host did text next couple of days in the morning to confirm if everything was ok but very hard to get in touch with someone when you actually need help especially at night.
