Otter - Eco Bothy with Hot Tub

We enjoyed the peacefulness, listening too and watching the wildlife. With the pod being in a private location, it was so quiet it was great we were able to chill out and enjoy eachothers company. Having the added bonus of no TV makes it even more special. The bed was so comfy. The pod also holds the heat well, so we didn't need to use log burner. Great having a large supply of logs, though this doesn't happen often at a lodge etc your normally charged.

The local midges, lol. Can't really say there was anything we didn't like. Was abit disappointed there was no WiFi in the pod as it states it does have free WiFi but in saying this there is the WiFi down at the centre which is free but you have to go down to the centre to connect to it so your using your own data on 4g at the pod and the signal comes and goes also with the pod holding the heat a fan would be handy as it did get warm at night, and opening a window is not an option when the weather is calm and hot due to midges just a suggestion

We had a lovely stay in the otter. Idillic. Hot tub was fab. The activity centre was busy with children enjoying the loch. You would not know it was busy as the Otter is tucked away in its own little grounds with a large pond. Wild life was all around us. Perfect.

Nothing to dislike.

What a fantastic getaway. Absolutely ideal if you’re looking for a tech detox . Richard(owner) was a gentleman and very accommodating. Could not rate this place any higher!

Everything was absolutely perfect, we cannot wait to return, the bothy has been so carefully thought out from it's private position, outlook and has everything you need to have the most relaxing peaceful break, all the staff we met were fabulous and friendly. We were lucky enough to also meet Bouye the gorgeous collie.

Could not fault a single thing.

It was in an amazing location, very secluded and private.

It looked like it had been a while since it had been deep cleaned, with lots of spiderwebs around the windows and on the ceiling. A member of staff should probably greet you and give you a low down of what’s around and available for you to do.
