IEStan the host was excellent, very friendly and responsive. The location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to shops, bars, restaurant and beach. Lovely quiet location.Good wifi
The beds were very hard. The couches were quite small. The kitchen presses definitely need an upgrade. The pool was quite dirty when we arrived, it was not cleaned before our arrival. However, when we contacted Stan he arranged for it to be cleaned but unfortunately the person didnt do a great job and it had to be cleaned again but not properly. We were there for 18 days and the pool was thoroughly cleaned and filled on our last day, i wish it had been cleaned properly to begin with.

GBThe Location was super in a very nice part of Puerto Del Carmen. A short walk took you to the main strip. Lovely heated pool and a great pool table as well. 3 great rooms with AC throughout the house. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa. The owner was attentive and when we arrived late at night we were delighted to find a well stocked fridge, Waters, Wine, Cold beers and snacks etc
