Modern 2-Bedroom House in Blackpool Near Seafront

Perfect location place looks exactly like the picture

The house is done up to the modern standart, spacious, comfortable beds.

Being modern it’s still old house with uneven floors. There’s not enough kitchen supplies. Furniture is worn out and ripped. Walls needs to get a fresh paint. Not quite luxury as advertised.

The decor and the layout is lovely , good heating system

There was a smell off egg throughout the whole house at random times during the day, and there was marks on walls/a hole, looked to be a damp stain in the bigger room roof and the tv from the bigger bedroom wasn’t on the wall, doors didn’t shut well and made a lot of noise when doing so. Upstairs were very loud

Parking was difficult as non available, bedrooms lights and lamps didn’t work, towels too small. Not enough matching glasses

Property was lovely, nicely decorated with plenty of space and everything you’d need to make your stay comfortable. Easy walking distance of the promenade and arcades perfect for what we wanted. The owner was lovely and polite in all communication, very accommodating when we arrived slightly earlier than expected.

Downside was parking, it is advertised as free on site parking which is no longer available. We had to park a couple of streets over and the area was a little run down and was a bit concerned about the safety of the car but no issues.

We loved the good central location just up off the promenade. The house was very big for a family of 4 with a lot of modern touches We also loved the hospitality and accommodating host who was brilliant in making us feel welcome. I even left something behind and she went out her way to post back to us. Always replied quickly to any question.

Only slight issue would be the tv in the living room not working and the main lights in one the bedroom didn’t work either but didn’t really bother us on our stay.
