Cist i uredan stan na super lokaciji. Ima sve sto je potrebno. Jako mi se svidjelo to sto ima balkon, i jako udoban krevet u spavacoj sobi. Sve u svemu, jako sam zadovoljna smjestajem.

Clean facility- However there was a shortage of toilet and kitchen roll.

The wash hand basin in the bathroom needs to be attended to as it was not free flowing. The landlady was lovely however the agent delivered poor customer service.

I was really disappointed with our stay. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and great overall. However, we received a rude message accusing us of disturbing the neighbors all night and even threatening to call the police, despite not making any noise. We clarified that we fell asleep around midnight and heard other noises, but still apologized and promised to be respectful. The response we got was dismissive, simply saying they’d inform the owner it wasn’t us. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected, due to the unprofessional handling of the situation, despite its otherwise great condition.
