Walnut Luxurious 2-Bedroom with Ensuite - Parking, Netflix, WIFI - Close to Oxford, Bicester & Blenheim Palace

We liked the facilities offered by the accommodation. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of toiletries available. Whilst we never used either the washing machine or dishwasher they were there for use plus cleaning tablets. A start up coffee and tea were offered as well. The fridge freezer was a good size. We did sit in the communal area for a short time - short due to it being too cold for longer. Excellent manual on the apartment’s appliances and area. We came to visit Blenheim Palace.

We could hear other people in the room above but this did not last for long.

Location was fine. Flat is clean and comfortable with nice sized rooms and plenty of beds. Climate control worked well (cold weather in December). Clothes washer/dryer worked well.

On site Parking was tight but manageable even for this US driver.

Pictures were accurate, room was clean, check in was easy and quick replies from the host. Parking was convenient and kitchen well equipped. 10 minutes drive to Blenheim Palace and 5 minutes to Oxford parkway park and ride. Fairly close to food choices.

Some of the furniture is in need of replacement - one of the dining chairs in the kitchen felt broken and the glass table was wobbling and felt unstable near our children. Slightly odd smell when you first enter and in one of the bedrooms. Lot of noise from other apartments, could hear people coughing and talking and the noise continued through the night. The main bedroom is next to the alley leading to other flats and can hear people coming and going at all times of day and night. The side door in the bedroom has wrapping paper to block out the light- felt this could have been better given the luxury title.

Property was very clean and well provided

Clean and spacious and the children loved the garden. Close to the hospital and shops without being too busy.

Main bedroom, side window had wrapping paper to block out the light so therefore every time the outside light went on occupants were disturbed. One dining chair very unstable and the coffee table was too unstable to use with the children around.

The title is Luxurious, this is not a luxury accommodation, it's fine but not luxury The sofas where uncomfortable, kitchen equipment basic, second bedroom you could not swing a cat Master bedroom bathroom has a smell, did not use Showers are small and pressure is low. The soundproofing in the flat is poor, we could hear everyone coming in and out The door in the master bedroom needs a blind it No fire blanket We even had to see guests in as they kept knocking on our door ! Only 1 fan in the flat, need more than, you can't open the windows for the noise

Clean and modern, comfy bed, great shower.

House was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Liked the flexibility of arriving when we liked with the lock box for the keys.

The property is very poorly insulated for sound and because of this we did not sleep well. We were kept awake until after 1am due to noise of people walking around in the upstairs flat. In the morning we were woken early by the sun and the noise of other guest walking past our bedroom as they were leaving.
