Emplacement parfait, l'appartement est très confortable avec des équipements de qualité. L'entrée autonome avec un lien sur le portable est très pratique, et la communication avec les propriétaires très facile. Nous recommandons sans hésitation

Podrían tener almohadas más delgadas y unas instrucciones para la ducha, que no era fácil de operar.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable y funcional para hacer cenas y desayunos. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de puntos turísticos y fácil de comunicarse.

No tengo comentarios para mejorar.

We stayed as a family of four in the apartment for a week. The location is AMAZING for visiting Madrid. We walked everywhere to visit the sites just 5-15mins - Prado, Retiro Park next door, Reno’s Sofia, plaza Mayor, Gran Vil, Salamanca area. Couldn’t ask for better spot to visit the city. Also next door supermarket and nearby lots of decent places to eat. Having the kitchen, which was well equipped worked well when we could drop in for lunch or rest between site visits. Entry and exit to the property was super easy with the automatic entry system sent before we arrived. We were cautious not to be too noisy as this is a residential apartment and neighbors were courteous.

Overall the apartment was great. Rooms, beds, towels all clean and good and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and super handy to stop for lunch. Only the Sofa and floor not super clean (an oversight of the cleaners) but we mentioned this and owner offered to send cleaners. Other people mentioned some noise from school or garage door. Overall it is right in city center so you can expect some noises. There is an international school behind and drop off is around 9am but it didn’t really bother us. Occasionally some noise from the back street but overall the location (right in the heart of the city) far outweighed those issues for us. The master bedroom was very quiet. Only the smaller front bedroom is closer to the street but generally no big disturbances and was okay for my nearly teens to sleep even through school drop off time. I did not take photos but the photos are fairly accurate.

La ubicación era perfecta para pasar un fin de semana en Madrid sin necesidad de usar el coche. Hay un aparcamiento cerca de pago donde lo dejamos todo el fin de semana. El apartamento tenía dos habitaciones y dos baños, perfecto para ir con amigos, y la zona de la cocina y salón estaba muy bien puesta.
