Our stay at Villa Rosa was awesome! The apartment was super clean, spacious, and had an amazing sea view from the balcony – morning coffee there was the best! The kitchen had everything we needed: fridge, oven, pans, dishwasher, coffee maker, even instant coffee, perfect for breakfast or cooking dinner. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower, and the bedroom upstairs had a comfy bed with fresh linens. The living room’s sofa bed was great for extra guests, and we loved the free Wi-Fi, AC, and smart TV with Netflix and YouTube for chill evenings. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Tučepi’s promenade with restaurants, shops, and the gorgeous beach. Free parking right outside was a big plus. Petra was an amazing host, so friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Everything was spot on! I’d love to come back to Tučepi and definitely stay at Petra’s again. Highly recommend! Thanks, Petra! 😊

Great apartment, close to everything like the beach, restaurant and shop and bakery. The new bedroom and bed are comfortable. Our son enjoyed the loft room. Lovely host, parking is available out the front of the building. Would recommend and stay again.

If you are not older or not so able-bodied you might struggle with the stairs up to the apartment (it is on the highest level) There are a few apartments in the building and some of the other guests can be inconsiderate about noise during late evening or early morning coming and goings.

I had a fantastic stay at this newly renovated one-bedroom apartment! The space is beautifully designed, cozy, and has a charming atmosphere that makes it feel like a home away from home. The highlight is definitely the amazing view, which you can enjoy right from the living room. It’s also just a short walk to the beach, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.

Not dealbreaker, but it had a lot of stairs.
