Location is great and very strategic. There are many food options around, from street foods to shopping mall. The swimming pool and play ground are great, especially for my kids. The unit itself is quite good, I especially like the layout and the bed is so comfortable.

The cleanliness could have been better. Although it has the minimum facilities, but they can be improved, e.g. only one pot (no frying pan), the water dispenser is broken (the water tank is leaking and we noticed it after we put a new water gallon and turn it on), and no electric kettle so we need to boil the water manually (the good thing is an inductive stove is used and boils water very fast).
