Spacious and Cozy 2-BR in City

The area is near all the places that we want to visit. The staff that catered us were all friendly.

We had a very comfortable stay but the room is not well-maintained. The toilet door (top toilet) needs fixing. Some equipment might need to be upgraded (especially the ones that are rusty. To cupboards might need proper cleaning as well.

The place is clean and the beds are comfortable. It's in the heart of the city so just walking distance for almost everything. It's on the 21st floor so you can have a beautiful view in the mountains and part of the city. Staff are also friendly and respectful.

What we didn't like are on the 2nd day of stay the wifi internet is gone as we depend much on it coz we came from overseas and our phone cannot be used locally for internet. We notified the owner, but it wasn't fixed until we checked out on the 4th day. The TV doesn't have an antenna for at least to watch and relax from day trip so we couldn't see any channels. The Netflix is not working either, maybe due to poor wifi connection before it was totally gone. The water upstairs was on and off and hot water was not working but the bathroom downstairs was OK and with hot water. Hopefully, they will fix the button flush tank in the toilet as it was also not working properly. The remote of the rooms upstairs wasn't working to turn off the aircon. They could have been saving the electricity bill. Apart from it, our stay was cozy enough, but they just need to maintain better the bathrooms and check the wifi connection better.

The AC in both bedroom is not working!!!! The bathroom are not clean enough and the microwave is not working as well… over all is hot…

They wake up my family at 2 am and tell them they are tresspassing the property, shouted them and incovencience their sleep to transfer in other place. It's just a bad nightmare.Hopefully won't happen again to other guest. To that people that so mean to my family stay we really need to have a good talk. Your reciptionist gave the key, how possible is that to wake them up at 2am and tell them they are tresspassing your property. Even that my family still clean the place. I'm so mad when I got a call because I want them to have a good time especially the children and had a call that it was a nightmare to them of how much i paid thats ridiculous attitude.Why the reciptionist doesn't look the confirmation number.Why they put it in my family that they tresspassing the property.Hopefully I will get a good answer and talk to that lady and reciptionist that was so mean to my family.

It’s big and the location is very convenient. Good place with a nice city view.

The door of the shower area can’t be closed properly so water will come out till the lavatory floor where I don’t like it’s wet.

Tv does not function, we have coordinated it since day 1 however it was not fix until we left the property.
