Apartment 2-2 Playa del Ingles

location good, quiet but not far from most things. host was good and amenable helping with earlier check in. generally comfy, nice sofa, washing machine, air con.

maintenance issues, gaps under front door, broken floor tiles, electrical sockets not attached to wall, balcony door didnt shut properly and needed a paint. not massive issues but detracted from stay.

Great location for Cita, Yumbo and the beach. Bus stop nearby. Supermarket underneath the apartment block so very handy. Nice view from the balcony and sunset. Good communication from host.

Very old and dated. Electric sockets were very old and some didn’t look safe. Extension cables to plug things into had to be swapped around to use kitchen appliances. Balcony door didn’t close. The flat needs a refurbishment. It does not compare well to other apartments at the same price - we are regular visitors to this area so know this is from experience. Lots of noise from building works in grounds and nearby apartments obviously not within the hosts control.

Excellent host, apartment was very clean with and excellent central location

The whole apartment although clean is in real need of a 100% refurbishment, painting and a good tidy up of wires and cables . Clean but shabby

Great location. Five minutes walk to the dunes and a lot of lovely restaurants nearby. Supermarket at the main entrance. Lovely views from the balcony. Swimming pool area clean and plenty of space/loungers.
