The second floor gets very hot, and the bed sheet is too small for the bed, so the night’s sleep was not the best. The shower is tiny, and there’s no hook to hang the towels.

By the stated time of 16:00, the room had not been cleaned. There was a strong smell of feces and vomit in the room. It was very difficult to sleep. The deposit was not returned, even though we left everything in the same condition as it was.

The location is very good, and the apartment also looks quite nice. It is close to the city center, and everything appears brand new. There are plenty of scooters available for rent near the building, and the train station is also very close to the apartment.

Our stay in this apartment was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, there was a terrible smell coming from the drains. At first, we thought maybe no one had stayed there for a while, so we just opened the windows. But soon we realized it was much worse — the smell was unbearable and caused by serious drainage issues due to street renovations nearby. We contacted support right away, but they completely ignored us. Only the next day they sent a cleaning lady, who immediately confirmed what we already knew — it was impossible to stay in the apartment because of that horrible smell. After that, we had to file a complaint with Booking.com, and only then the support finally started replying to us. Instead of offering us a real solution or an alternative place to stay, support told us we could simply leave and get back only half of our money. Our booking was for a week, but we managed to stay just 3 days. After that, they pushed us to move out, and even then, it took 5 reminders before we finally received a partial refund. We paid 370 EUR and got back only 230 EUR. This was an awful experience with extremely unprofessional support. No proper help, no alternatives, and no fair refund. Because of this, I strongly advise against booking these apartments.

Asunto oli ihana ja juuri sopiva pariskunnan reissulle. Keittiö oli mainio ja kaikki tarvittava löytyi. Sijainti oli hyvä, ratikalla n. Viisi minuuttia keskustasta ja pieni kävely. Lähikauppa oli myös todella kiva ja edullinen. Vessa oli myös siisti ja suihku todella hyvä. Oli huolehdittu että 5 päivän reissulle riittää vessapaperia ja suihkusaippuaa. Plussaa pesukoneesta ja silitysraudasta. Alue oli tosi turvallinen.

Vaikka asunto oli kiva, oli nukkuminen kauheeta. Patja oli todella huono ja ohut. Nukuin viisi yötä selkä niin kipeänä että kääntyminen sattui ja oli vaikea päästä sängystä ylös, olen 30 vuotias nainen. Myös miinusta siitä että oli vain yksi tyyny per ihminen, mutta pahin vain yksi pieni peitto kahdelle hengelle. Peitto ei riittänyt mitenkään kahdelle ihmiselle. Huomiona myös että vessa on todella kapea eikä välttämättä sovi kaikille. Lattia myös nitisi kävellessä ja tuntui ettei lattia ole kunnolla kiinni, mutta se ei haitannut.
