Very good contact with the owner, quick response for inquiries. Good location.

Didn't look as presented in photos. Unfortunately dirty. Falling paint from the walls in the shower area, urine residue on the toilet seat. Uncleaned bathroom. Dirty bedsheets. It's very loud outside but I read it already in previous comments. I needed to leave an apartment and search for a hotel room because I was not satisfied.
