The view, a well-appointed & spacious unit, the security, the staff, which included daily servicing

No provision of basic necessities such as coffee, tea, sugar, milk, salt & pepper. Even if just for a couple of days. Likely an issue if you're only staying a few days, but more so when you've arrived from overseas

The check in process should be looked at, it's silly to collect and drop off keys. Make it accessible with lock boxes at the move with the times. Check out at 10 is ridiculous as the keys need to be dropped off by then so it's actually earlier. Should be atleast 11. The soap, the amount one is paying for a block soap is crazy. No cleaning on Sundays but no dishwasher tablets left to use. The managing agent needs to relax, like i was told i only get the check in process once i send my ID. This is out of booking.com app. No other booking has done this before. Personal information security risk. If they use booking.com trust that we are vetted sufficiently by booking.com.

no QR code sent to me so when we arrived and had to wait to get in first code only programmed for 24 hours obtained a second .code which also lasted for 24 hours. i had to go to security myself to resolve this problem only one set of keys worked so I had to climb in the window to fetch the other set of keys. No change of towels and had to use wet towels only replaced when we complained to the house keeper bathroom 1 ceiling was mouldy and asked for it to be cleaned Foul smell in the main bathroom which again we spoke to house keeping. No basic supplies in the kitchen ie tea bags , milk etc Bathroom tops cracked and sinks chipped
