( Lungomare ) Mare&Città House

The location is great if you want to explore nearby cities or if you want to enjoy on a beach. To the center of Bari is 30min walk or you can take a bus nr. 42, 12 or B (park&ride). Appartment is well equiped (enough dish to make breakfast- salt, sugar, coffe, tea, oil) in the kitchen. Beds are comfortable. Supermarket is 5 walking min away and a shop with local Apuglian food is just aroud the corner.

The check-in was a little complicated. Wi-fi is not good. You hear all noise from the street- should replace windows.

Nice apartment close to the beach, enough space for our family of four. Clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen. An elevator is available in the building. There is a small grocery shop Lattenatura and a sushi restaurant nearby.

Generally the apartment was good and suitable for a long weekend. The main thing which could be improved is the matrass, that was too soft and uncomfortable. It would be useful to add some instructions how to find the apartment, which floor etc. Also according to the description on booking.com there is a parking available, however in reality parking options were very limited. It was not possible to find a free parking on the nearby streets. There was a public parking located in 400m from the apartment, however it was closed during one day. It could be quite noisy during the night, but this is a typical problem for most Italian cities, as people usually ignore quiet hours rules.

What a beautiful apartment, everything you need is there, very clean.

Online registration makes me very angry. I was driving 9 hours, and then I've to pass a long Online registration for all family members in Italian (no English). You need to de something with this.

Everything more or less. Location is great. Sea around the corner. 20 min stroll to centre and old town. Since it was winter it was extra nice with wooden floors. Pretty quiet. All the amenities you need. Very clean. Great and easy to get a hold of host

Sofabed is not the one in the pictures. Pretty old sofa that has a fitted sheet on to make it look more new. Albeit decent to sleep on as far as sofa beds go. Neighborhood IS quiet luckily since there is not much soundproofing from the outside (also pretty much standard for Italy) and the only time this really showed us when the garbage men came in the morning

The apartment is very clean and spatious, the kitchen has all the facilities and the view is amazing!

There was a little problem with the warm water in the shower, since it wasn’t enough for 4 people.

Very cozy, nice, clean and well equipped apartment. It's close to the beach and to the center. The owner was very helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

A very cozy apartment with everything you could need for a great vacation. It is very close to the beach(2 min) and you can even see a little bit of the sea from the balcony. It is also close to bus stations and a train station so it is very easy to get anywhere(the city center is 15 min away by bus). The apartment owner was very friendly and nice and helped us with everything. I really recommend this apartment!
