Very near rail station a 2 min walk excellent location. The appt was exceptionally clean with everything you need the host georgette had fresh fruit, a great welcome pack but dosnt speak English but gets by with a translation app which she manages well and she is an excellent host would defo book this appt again

Great location Simple but perfect for our needs. Georgetta was a lovely host

The room looks same as shown in booking. Very clean, having complete equipment in the room, very near to train station to go around another cities and walkable to Lucca old town. Friendly host even though she can’t speak English but she tried her best to explain everything for you. They also giving some fruits for us when we arrived. Also they offer free secured parking lot if you travel by car.

Bed quite hard but that’s not a big issues for us compared with other facilities that they offered. So it’s still worth single penny.

I agree with all the positive comments by reviewers: it's an excellent flat. The owners even left us a wheelchair for my mother (age 90), free of charge - extremely kind of them. There is a set of tunnels a little to the west which provide a wheelchair-friendly route to go inside the city walls. And there are superb local food shops (forget boring old pizza, try the artisan ravioli varieties!).

One warning: the property description says English is spoken. This is misleading: all interactions are with Giorgetta, who is tremendously kind and attentive but speaks no English. She relies on translation apps, which need great skill to be useful!

Georgeta was super friendly and easy to contact. Clean apartment with many facilities. We received Lucca’s olive oil and fruit to taste, which were delicious!! The best thing about the apartment was the location though, great to visit pisa, cinque terre, firenze, …

We got stuck in the elevator once, but this is not the fault of the host 😅 Sh e immediately came to help!

warm and friendly reception when we arrived. we were also given a welcome pack which included a bottle of water, milk and fruit. very convenient for the station and the town.

It would have been useful to have some written information about topics such as separating the rubbish for recycling, which day to put it out. emergency number for doctor, pharmacy or dentist.

location! in 5 min you are in thé old Town! train station just behind the building, and no train noise ta all! unbelievable 😉!

The bed mattress was to hard!
