2BR Unit at the Center of Cebu

Good location

They didn’t inform us about the power outage in the building. When we arrived, there was no electricity and the lift wasn’t working. We’ll be able to use the lift once the power is restored. However, the room itself is nice.

The location was great. The staff were somewhat not helpful didn’t show much of interest to help. The unit was good; very spacious especially for families but the water on both bathroom sinks were inoperable; no water it should have been on the description but overall it was good and hopefully the sink faucets will be fixed and maybe we will stay there again!

dirty linen with blood stains on some pieces. pillow cases smelly. bathroom sink leaking on floor flooding area in upstairs bathroom. tv didnt have a power cable so uanable to use.

The location was really an advantage. It’s close to the grocery store and some fastfood chains if ever you need food asap.

The flush and thw shower upstairs wasn’t working. A guy was there to fix it and we were told it should be working fine but it wasn’t.

We liked everything about the place. We loved it. Clean, convenient, and comfortable

The sink in the bathroom downstairs did not drain. There was no bathroom tissue provided. The bathroom upstairs leaked.

Good location

About the swimming pool only two people can swim. In each unit or condo. How about if 3 or 4 people booked for that unit? My siblings they dont really enjoy the swimming pool since only two can swim. And they don't inform me about the swimming pool policies.
