"Nice location, nice place but a little more maintenance and it could be better."

The pool/ hot tubs. Liked how big the room was as well.

Beds were uncomfortable. No broom to sweep floors. I feel like some stuff could be taken care of better.

The location was nice

The parking garage. Tiny spaces. My car was damaged by someone and no one left a note or contact. Thin walls, heard people above us and next door. Crying kids, bouncing balls… all after 10pm!

Location

We don’t get the benefits the people staying at the hotel get. Parking we were only allowed 1 vehicle for a 3 bedroom.

"Perfect place for a family vacation."

Location was perfect. Pools were amazing. Pool bar fabulous. Condo was nice with a great view.

No smart tvs or fire sticks in the room so at night we couldn’t watch movies just a few tv channels. The pillows were super flat. The broom was broken and I’m a clean freak so I hated not having a broom.

The location was excellent as we were attending a graduation at the Ocean Center which was across the street. The unit was clean and large enough to accommodate our family of 8.

Pool area was very crowded and no chairs available on most days we were there including weekdays. We checked in on a Saturday and could not find a spot in the parking garage when we returned from dinner that night. Had to turn around on the roof as there were no spots and try later. Some of the furnishings could use a replacement. Only one tv was working and there was no information on who to call to fix the others. Also, would have appreciated some information in the unit re: where the trash was, ice availability, hours for some of the amenities of the resort, etc. We were given no information when we checked in.
