Very minor feedback - * grill tray hadn’t been cleaned so we had to clean before use. * No tea towels or oven gloves to remove hot oven tray * Batteries had been removed from thermostat so we were unable to adjust the heating * No downstairs hand towels
GBThe house itself was for the most part great, facilities were excellent.. Very close to a tram station for town centre or Etihad campus.
I couldn't get the en-suite shower to run warm, no big deal though as there is another shower. More importantly the area itself was a bit sketchy, lots of union flags on lamposts, I got some abuse from a car driver who had to wait for around 30 seconds while reversing into the drive, no obvious reason for it.

GBWe recently stayed here with a group of 7, and we We recently stayed at this property with a group of 7, and while we had an overall great time. The location was nice.
1. Basic Amenities: We were surprised to find that some essential items, like washing liquid, kitchen roll, and foil, were missing. No freezer in the kitchen. These items are usually standard in rental properties and would have been helpful during our stay. 2. Sofa: The sofa in the living area was broken and uncomfortable. One of our group members even had to sleep on it, which wasn’t ideal due to the lack of comfort. 3. Shower Issues: There were problems with the shower. In the middle of use, the water unexpectedly turned cold, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the water pressure in the top bathroom shower was very low, especially when slightly bent, making it hard to use effectively. 4. Property Condition: There were a few smaller maintenance issues that we encountered, such as: * Curtains not being properly hooked, which made the room feel less tidy. * A broken door handle that made it difficult to close the bathroom door properly. * The property didn’t seem to be cleaned thoroughly before our arrival, with noticeable dirt and dust in some areas.
BDGBGBProperty was generally clean, well presented with decent facilities and in a good location. The host was helpful and kept good communication.
The stair and hallway carpet in particular look grubby. It hadn’t been hoovered for a while.. Rooms were clean and well presented but let down by curtains that were fixed poorly and partially come away. We were unable to operate the Mira shower in the middle bedroom. Found the switch outside the bathroom but couldn’t raise the temperature. The TV remote was tricky to operate as not used a Samsung before. Some clear direction on how to use would have been helpful as easy once you know how.
