Please always top up the room shower gel n wash the bath towel well. Room clean well and please please repair the door if spoiler, have you think if two girls stay at the room without lock? We ask for change room also not to give, says all thr room is same, really is very bad experience, even is in the room not full.

Booked for 3 rooms 2 rooms was only one night but one room was 2 nights. As my Family check out and want to take their luggage at my room, because we do have family wedding.. so they put the luggage at my room cuz my room is booked for 2 nights.. BUT RECEPTION A WOMAN THERE.. SO RUDE.. SAID.. TAK BOLEH APESAL RAMAI RAMAI... DID YOU KNOW THEY ONLY WANT TAKE THE LUGGAGE NOT EVEN THE LATE CHECK OUT BECAUSE MY FAMILY ROOM CHECK OUT EARLY ALREADY.. ONLY MOVE THE LUGGAGE AT MY ROOM....... SO RUDE.. VERY RUDE DAMN RUDE..
