Good interior decoration, layout & quality bathroom & kitchen facilities, plus nice outlooks/views from living room.

Fold out bed for our adult daughter in living room was not comfortable. And poor sound insulation on wall between nextdoor Unit/apartment.

Lovely spacious apartment, well equipped kitchen and smart TV. Washing machine with powder provided was very useful, also a washing line outside. Brilliant residential location with easy parking, walking distance to the esplanade and hot water pool. Bus stop around the corner, No 8 to Dunedin city centre. We had a great stay, thank you.
