The property was very old with fungus on the walls and smells bad
ININMy date of travel was 24th to 26th Aug'2024. I did my booking in July month and opted for Zero Payment option while booking. It had offered me free cancellation till 22nd Aug. On 6th Aug,, i received an email from the property stating that my contact number (mobile number) was incorrect and that I should contact the property within 24 hours else my booking would be cancelled. I read that mail a few days later and tried contacting them on their stated contact number and chat but nietier were responding to my concerns. I later received response on mail that my booking was cancelled. The Property owner / managers are Cheater. They showed that they dialed my number with + sign prefix against my mobile number where as everyone knows that user needs to dial +91 or dial only the 10 digits number for call to connect. They do this intentionally as in Mount Abu the properties charge 2.5 time the tariff on weekends and holidays and since I bookied the property in advance, I had received a reasonable tariff. Even Booking.com didnt come to my help or assistance hence I had to make alternate arrangements at last minute despite having booked my rooms around a month in advance.
