Great sized caravan! Two twin rooms and a double with two toilets and two showers! Lovely location has everything you need on site. Only 15min drive from Skegness. It had two oil heaters to use.

It needed a good clean and repairs done. There was a punch hole in one of the walls and just over all needed a thorough clean. The oven/cooker didn’t work. No hot water and we couldn’t use the heating. Thankfully we were only staying for a night so these things didn’t bother us too much

The location of the caravan was perfect

Don't know if it was the cleaning products used before we arrived or the occupants before us but it smelt like cannabis in the caravan
