Villa Sabina - 6 bedroom house

Very spacious and facilities were great for a family of 9 adults 2 children (9,6) and a baby

It was a little far out up hill but taxis were convenient to book through taxi click app

Great house, modern and very convenient, works well even at full capacity for 12 people. Good premium neighborhood, plenty of parking, a great find!

The only thing, which is a very small issue, is the sunbeds are not very comfortable, could use a matress.

Great house, everything was in fantastic condition. . With quality fixtures and fittings. Everything a group needs for a perfect break.

Just be aware the pool is very deep, but does have steps access. ..

Our group consisted of 3 families with a mix of children from 6 months to 14 years. All had a great time. Space is great with 2 rooms in each floor so we were able to have our own areas. All very modern facilities with everything you would need, hairdryers, iron, washing machine and kitchen was well stocked with all appliances and equipment you could need. Outside has a large shaded area which was brilliant for young children and a large table. Previous reviews showed shortage of sun loungers but there was 12 when we stayed so plenty and lots of room around the pool for them. Pool is deep with no shallow end but kids were fine with swim aids and were able to play on the steps when they didn’t want to fully go in. No issues at all with hot water as mentioned in previous reviews and we had 12 showering every day. The outside shower is hot water also and was great for showering the kids straight from pool. Lovely villa in a quiet area, lovely to sit outside great at night and we could see fireworks from the beach as views are great. I would definitely stay here again

Not very many negatives to this property, Villa is maybe slightly further out than we would have liked but we ordered taxis by taxi click app and never waited longer than 10 mins for one to arrive and was between €5-€8 depending on taxi size. Had a small issue with electrics but host replied immediately to WhatsApp message and turn out to be trip switch and sorted quickly. Prior to going host wasn’t very responsive and it had slightly worried me as this was the first time we had booked here ( hear about so many people being scammed) but close to travelling date contact was made and all my queries answered quickly. I think they are maybe busy with lots of properties so if minor queries like I had, i assume they leave response closer to the time

The pool in this villa was excellent and the whole family enjoyed it from 3 yr old to 65 year old. So spacious and clean with some lovely views.

Loved this villa! Has everything we needed was clean and comfy, pool was great and warm so perfect for late night swims, location was great local shops, easy to order things from and easy to get cabs to & from, host was very easy to contact and sorted out an electrical issue we had very quickly, all in would visit again if I came with a group! Thank you so much!

The villa was stunning and in a great location; it was better than the pictures! We had a fabulous time here for 4 nights and it was definitely great value for money. As it is situated on a bit of a hill, the sunset views were incredible and made for really great pictures. The pool was also definitely a highlight! Each bedroom had an en-suite which was ideal. The villa is in walking distance from some lovely restaurants & some supermarkets & only about a 10 minute taxi ride from all the main attractions. Taxi's didn't have any issues finding the villa either. Due to availability we were able to do early check in and late check out (for a fee) which was really convenient for our travel plans. Would definitely recommend this villa!

Not all the showers had hot water, but we did manage to work around this and ration the hot water that we did get. The host was in communication about this and did go to the villa a couple of the days to try and sort this out, but may just be something to be aware of if there are a group of you staying here. Also found it very difficult to get in touch with the host prior to our arrival, however once we were in Tenerife I had no issues with this.
