It could have done with a cleaner floor but I am very fussy so I did them myself on arrival and leaving as it's common curtiousy to leave a clean floor with having a dog so I would have done it anyway Outside of building could do with a major clean up but that is not the owner of the apartments fault

GBVery convenient location (close to Hawthorne station)- apartment was cleaned and arranged properly. All basic amenities were provided. Key code and other instructions were clear.
Kitchen utensils were a bit old and limited; also, the building and neighborhood were a bit noisy and untidy. Locationwise the price seemed a bit high.
