Had all the amenities we needed, decent size, no noise, good cafes nearby, short walk by the beach to reach the busier areas. Nothing more to ask for really.

Nothing comes to mind. We were only 6 people though, the impression might be a bit different if you need beds in the living room as well.

The location was good, close to the seafront and quite quiet at night. Parking was a bit of a nightmare but that's the same pretty much everywhere in Brighton! Flat was clean and bright, quite comfortable for the 3 of us on a mini break

One of the beds had 2 mattresses, one on top of the other, which was tricky for a restless sleeper as the top one kept slipping off the bottom. No oven gloves in the kitchen and no larger drinking glass (14oz to 20oz size)

De locatie was perfect. Je loopt zo naar de zee en de Pier. Dicht bij het oude centrum. The Lanes was prachtig. Prima tijd gehad.

This property is gorgeous. Very clean, beautifully designed and well equipped. We had been travelling for month and this was by far the best accomodation we had. The communication with the managers was excellent - they responded to all enquires and check in details were clear. The location was great - within easy walking distance to everything we needed. Having both a washing machine and dryer was very helpful and the beds were very comfortable.we will definitely stay in this unit on our next trip to Brighton.

Found a dirty dish in the cupboard. Upstairs shower room. Water is hardly to control and after flashed the toilet, it makes a loud noise through the whole flat

The Chic Coastal Retreat is a very clean, modern apartment that checks a lot of boxes for a coastal break. It’s near to the beach, the pier and lively (but not too lively) Kemp Town. The apartment has everything you could need, including three good size double bedrooms. It is a relaxing and stylish place to return to after a day in town.

The stairs (and the hill up to the property) might be too much for some. It can get cold, so keep an eye on the thermostat!
